Keurig Brewer purchases via www.1cup.co.uk carry a 30-day Money Back Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your Keurig Brewer, you may return it to North West vending Ltd T/A 1Cup within 30 days of purchase. The customer is responsible for return shipping expenses. Please contact [email protected] prior to taking advantage of this Money Back Guarantee. Please have the brewer serial number available at the time of your call. The serial number can be found on the side of the brown shipping box or the bottom of the product box. The customer service representative will provide you with an Authorisation To Return number. Unfortunately, returns cannot be accepted without an Authorisation To Return number. If you have used the equipment, it must be drained of water following the instructions included with the Brewer prior to return. You will be liable for costs of repair from any resulting water damage for failure to do so.

Keurig Brewed® Beverages are not eligible for return or exchange.

A reminder that 1cup.co.uk does offer many K-Cup® packs as free samples so that you can try new selections without being committed to a whole box.

How do I return my Brewer?

If you are not completely satisfied with your brewer purchased on www.1cup.co.uk you may return it to North West Vending Ltd T/A 1Cup within 30 days of purchase. The customer is responsible for return shipping expenses. Please contact our Customer Service Department on 01744 762911 prior to taking advantage of our Money Back Guarantee. No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorisation Number. 
Additionally, K-Cup® packs are not eligible for return or exchange.

When will I receive credit for my returned item?

Your credit will be processed at the soonest available opportunity, but certainly within 3-4 weeks.

I don’t like the coffee I bought. What can I do?
Food items such as Coffee, Tea and Hot Chocolate K-Cup® packs are not eligible for return or exchange. We recommend requesting samples first when trying new K-Cup® packs.

Changes and Cancellations

Unfortunately, once an order is in process, we may be unable to edit or cancel the items. Please understand that the ordering process is automated and the orders are printed immediately in our distribution centre and processed without delay. However, you may still return your order to us. Please do not accept the shipment. Explain to the courier driver that you are refusing the shipment.  If you do wish to refuse your order, please contact Customer Service on 01744 762911 as soon as possible as we may be able to help assist you with a package refusal from our courier. Additionally, you may track your shipment in your 1Cup account. If you will not be home when the shipment is expected to arrive, please leave a note for the courier driver that you do not want your 1Cup shipment and it should be returned.

Please note: you will be charged for this shipment but will be credited for the value of the products when it is returned to us. You will be charged for the delivery costs associated with a cancelled or changed order, even if your order exceeded our carriage paid terms initially. We certainly apologise for any inconvenience but hope that in the majority of cases our quick processing will work to your advantage.
